Paul, I am not the type of person to take the time to sit down and write thank you notes to car dealers. This time is different.
 
I quickly counted up the number of new and used cars I have purchased over the years and it comes to twenty three (23) , more then I expected. Some of those were for my kids.

Dear Reid,
I am writing to you to thank you for selling me my Subaru Outback and generously taking my old Outback as a trade-in.  The deal was so easy, and effortless, and such a score that the whole thing felt vaguely illegal.

Right from the start, my leasing experience with Reid Ferris was a positive one.  He gave me a competitive quote at the start, negating my having to go thru the uncomfortable back and forth negotiationg process I was use to.
